About the Owner:
Our team is led by Leslie Brush, a seasoned construction professional with years of experience in the building industry. She began her journey in 2012, gaining hands-on experience in new home construction and builder home warranty repairs. With a background in construction, Leslie has a deep understanding of how homes are built and the common problems that can arise. She uses this knowledge to provide comprehensive and thorough home inspections to go beyond the basics to uncover any potential problems.
In September 2015, Leslie took a leap of faith and established her own company, RCI Professional Inspections. Under her leadership, RCI Inspections provides exceptional services to clients in the Houston area. As a licensed professional, Leslie is registered with the Texas Real Estate Commission and is certified as a Professional Inspector with Internachi. She is also a member of the Texas Professional Real Estate Inspector Association, where she continually expands her knowledge and stays updated on industry standards.
Leslie's expertise extends beyond the realm of home inspection. Prior to her involvement in the construction industry, she honed her skills while working in the oil and gas sector. During her six years in the field, Leslie served as an inspector, calibration technician, and operator. This experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of safety protocols, quality control, and operational efficiency.
To further enhance her professional abilities, Leslie continues to pursue education in the field of home inspections, home building and construction. She studied at Lone Star College and the Champion School of Real Estate, specializing in home building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, and general construction. Completing the rigorous 450-hour Professional Inspector Program, Leslie solidified her knowledge and acquired the necessary skills to excel in her field.
