A lot of people don’t know that even though home inspectors do an incredible job of finding and identifying any defects in the home, we are actually prohibited from providing price estimates to repair those defects.
We do however work with a partner company, Repair Pricer, that specializes in providing this service remotely. Their reports are extremely accurate and delivered to you within 24 hours of the request.
